Trust in the magic flowing through your heart to your hands
After graduating from Maryland Institute for Massage in Catonsville Maryland in 2009 and becoming Nationally Certified, I am currently a Maryland State licensed LMT with 15 years of experience.
Modalities that I practice include Neuromuscular, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Rossiter, Myofascial, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports, Oncology, Light Touch Compassionate Care, Cupping, GuaSha, Table Thai Stretching, PNF Stretching, CR Stretching, Full Body Stretching, Synergy Hot Stone and Reiki.
I am very spiritual and compassionate in nature and believe in a holistic approach to pain relief, suffering and the journey towards wellness. My goal is to have each client reach a balanced, peaceful and relaxed state of mind/body after each customized session and establish a plan going forward to continued wellness. My belief is that wellness comes from identifying all of the contributing factors in life such as work/job, sleep patterns, nutrition, posture, emotional, physical and mental stressors that affect the human body and create gentle changes that lead you back to a state of homeostasis or wellbeing.

EveryBODY Needs to be Kneaded
I am a Nationally Board certified therapist a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and a Certified Zero Balance Practitioner. Holding current licensure in Maryland, Florida, Virginia, and Indiana, my focus is on my clients' holistic wellness. I have been practicing since 1993.
I specialize in Zero Balancing and Ashiatsu barefoot massage, although I offer a plethora of varied therapies/treatments.
Zero Balancing can help relieve body aches and pain, release restrictions in movement, and provide lasting relief from emotional distress to improve overall quality of life. Zero Balancing can also be helpful with specific goals such as relief from back pain, improving concentration or sleep, releasing unwanted stress, eliminating old behavior patterns, or boosting well-being. Zero Balancing works in conjunction with medical therapy and is not a substitute for it.
Ashiatsu barefoot massage During an Ashiatsu massage, therapists use their bare feet to deliver deep compression, long gliding strokes, and/or assisted stretching. Ashiatsu isn’t just a deep tissue barefoot massage technique; it’s the deepest. The therapists use their feet and controlled weight to apply the massage. In a word, it is a compression massage. For the most part, the method utilizes gravity to assist the massage therapist in giving a consistently deep and relaxing massage. And you cannot tell the difference between their hands and feet.
